There's two new games on the Xbox Live Arcade this week, both of which should be well received.

First up is Worms 2: Armageddon from Team 17. The follow-up to Worms HD which is already on the Xbox 360 service, this one is packing in a lot more, including classic weapons like the Holy Hand Grenade, and of course, the Armageddon weapon from classic Worms Armageddon. It's one of the 2D games, presented with crisp HD graphics, and also offers 4-player multiplayer action locally or over Xbox Live. There's a single player campaign of missions, Achievements, and it costs 800 Microsoft Points (MSP) or £6.80.

Also for 800 MSP is The King of Fighters '98 Ultimate Match. The classic brawler from SNK has been updated for HD visuals, and features leaderboards, Achievements, and 2-player multiplayer over Xbox Live. Or locally, as you might expect from a 2D fighting game.

Both games also have free demo versions available for you to try them out before you buy.
