Ubisoft has finally revealed the next installment in their excellent Ghost Recon series. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is in development at the publisher's Paris studio and is scheduled to arrive in time for Christmas this year. It's the follow up to Advanced Warfighter and its sequel, and the same team are behind the new iteration. It's promising to feature prototype high-tech weaponry, and aims to refresh the series a bit to draw in newcomers. There's single player and multiplayer modes promised, but the company has yet to reveal more details about the game.
The only other thing we do know is that a beta invitation will be available for a limited time to those who purchase the Xbox 360 version Splinter Cell Conviction, which is due out on April 10th.
