Nothing on Live Arcade this week

The Xbox Live Arcade is an empty place this week with no new titles releasing on the service. All that's available is a Rayman Raving Rabbits pack for Ubisoft's Chessmaster Live, adding a 3D chess set for 150 MSP (£1.28). There was no official announcement about the lack of titles, or even a mention on the blog of Xbox Live's Direction of Programming, Major Nelson. We can only assume Microsoft thinks we're all too busy with GTA IV, though that didn't stop Sony doing big updates on their North American and Europe stores a day later. We hope to see something new this coming Wednesday, though at least Assault Heroes 2 is now confirmed for later in the month.
