ModNation coming to PSP

ModNation aims to do for racing games (or at least kart-based racing games) what LittleBigPlanet did for platforms, and allow you to create, share and play custom content. The beta launched a couple of weeks ago on the PS3, but with the release still some time away, we've already heard that it's planning to follow LittleBigPlanet in another way; it's coming to the PSP too.

The new portable edition will bring the same cools to create and share your own tracks and over content with other PSP ModNation players. It'll even do what LBP PSP didn't provide, and let you play online with up to 5 others (well, the original blog post said "6 others", but we suspect 6-player support is more likely than 7). Interstingly it will be launching alongside the PS3 version of the game later this year.
