Max and the Magic Marker is the most high-profile new release this week across the Wii and DSi stores. The new WiiWare came is a puzzling platformer, where you get to draw objects in order to complete challenges. It's an interestingly looking title, featuring 2 player action, and available for 1000 Wii Points, or £7. Joining it is a new WiiWare version of Fast Draw: Showdown, an arcade game originally released in 1994, and now re-released on Nintendo's download system for 500 Wii Points, or £3.50.

Over on the DSi Shop there's a couple more chunks of Electroplankton released as DSiWare titles. Electroplankton was originally released as a full DS title, but it's components have benn broken down and released separately for 200 DSi Points (£1.80) each, with two more appearing in this latest update.
