Madden is sole release on XBLA this week

Well, the headline probably provided most of the detail; Madden NFL Arcade is the only new release on the Xbox Live Arcade this week. It's a 5-a-side American football title, so it will have limited appeal to Europeans, but it does come from the development power of EA and a price tag of 1200 Microsoft Points, or £10.20. It has all the NFL teams and stadiums, and features 1-4 players offline, and online multiplayer over Xbox Live too.
Let's hope for something with wider appeal next week.
