The European edition of Nintendo's Virtual Console service has received four new games in the latest update; three of which are part of the special Habai Festival, bringing you games that were never released in Europe previously. Not particularly excitingly, however, is the news that one of these is Puyo Puyo 2. With gameplay rather similar to the original, it's especially hard to justify the 100 Wii Points price rise, making this a 900 Wii Points (£6.30) Mega Drive release. From the Turbografx era comes Cho Aniki and Break In, with the former also costing 900 Wii Points (TurbografxCD + extra cost), while the latter will set you pack just 700 Wii Points (£5.20). Cho Aniki is a side-scrolling shooter - which isn't surprising considering the platform it's from - while Break In is a billiards title that offers simulation and arcade modes.
Joining both of those outside of the Hanabi Festival is Metal Slug from the NEO GEO. The classic title is yours for 900 Wii Points - but that's not a premium, just the usual price for titles from that console.
