PSN-exclusive title PAIN has finally arrived on European shores in today's PlayStation Store update. The full game is available for £4.99, though if it doesn't have enough content for you, then there's more on offer too. It looks like the add-ons that have been creeping out in the US since it was originally released there have all arrived in one lump today, with no less than six 69p packs available for you to pick up. Or there's a "Fun with Explosives" one for the price of free. A good offer, I think.
If you're a PS3 owner and not into PAIN then you're pretty much out of luck today. Especially as there isn't even a demo of the indie game. There is, however, a way to waste £9.99 with the Stranglehold map pack. If you like the game than 10 maps isn't bad for that price, it's just that the number of people playing online with the included content is quite small, so you'll likely be hard-pressed for competition from those who have forked out. Lastly, there's a Motorstorm 2 HD trailer to check out, if you haven't already seen it online.
PSP owners at the other hand, have a solitary demo to enjoy; a FlatOut: Head On sample is now available for free on the PC-based Store.
On the other side of the Atlantic, however, is a raft of new PS3 content. Of note are two free demos, both from SEGA. Condemned 2 and SEGA Superstars Tennis are free, so are available to those who sneakily have a US account and want to head over to that Store.
