Tower Bloxx is the first of two new titles this week. The puzzle game originally emerged a couple of years ago as a Flash release, and has appeared in a dedicated PC release and on mobile phones. Now it's on the Xbox 360, and the tower-stacking action-puzzle title featured HD visuals, "social scoring" (which we assume means leaderboards), avatar support, power ups, and even multiplayer over Xbox Live. It's available for 800 Microsoft Points (MSP), or £6.80.
Release alongside it is Panzer General: Allied Assault, another game which began life on the PC. The series has been around for quite some time, offering hex board turn-based real-time strategy action, but this is the first time it's appeared on a console. It also has HD visuals and Xbox Live multiplayer, and again costs 800 MSP.
Both games have a free trial version available.
