Thanks to the use of the SD card format on the Wii, unlike the last-generation consoles, you can share your save files via the internet without the use of third-party software or equipment (though there are solutions available for this purpose). All you need is either a card reader that supports the SD card format.

First you need to use the Wii's data management options in the system settings to copy files to and from the SD card. Once done and the SD card is hooked up to your PC, you can use a file explorer, like Windows Explorer, to browse the directories on the SD card. Inside some subdirectories you will find the .bin files which contain the saves. Just pick the ones you want to share, and upload via our form detailed on this forum's main page. Alternatively, download a .bin file from this forum, and place it in that folder, so that it can then be copied from the SD card to the internal memory on the Wii for use in-game. Be careful, particularly when copying from the SD card to the Wii, that you're not overwriting saves you wish to keep. takes no responsibility for damage done to your game saves, so please be careful, and backup anything you don't want to lose.
